Job Title: Strategic Partnership Development Manager
Location: San Jose, CA

Duration: 6+ months contract with possible extension

Contract Type: W2 Only

Pay Range: $50.28 - $54.28 per hour

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partnership Development Manager to support, optimize, and scale our strategic partnerships in the payments landscape. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business value through current, evolving, and future partnerships. Your role will be critical in understanding trends, expanding capabilities, managing partner initiatives, escalations, and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead multiple projects and work streams, drive follow-ups and deliverables across internal and external teams, and implement process improvements to scale strategic relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand integrations and payments risk implications.
- Drive projects and deliverables, ensure execution, and identify and resolve issues.
- Create regular communication with partners, centralize reporting, and actively handle partner issues.

Requirements:

5+ years' experience in product management, partner integrations, payment operations, or project management with an acquirer, payment processor, or payment network.
- 3+ years' experience in online payments, ecommerce, or marketplaces industry.
- Strong analytical and data-driven skills, with a passion for delivering results.
