We are seeking an experienced Strategic Account Growth Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding existing customer relationships in the Costa Rica region.

As a Strategic Account Growth Manager, you will be accountable for achieving sales targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute growth strategies that meet or exceed sales goals.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in account management, sales, and business development. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

A key responsibility of this role will be to analyze customer needs and preferences, identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products or services. You will also be responsible for negotiating contracts and agreements, ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures.
