**Estimated Salary:** $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and location.

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive revenue growth and profitability across our customer base.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Proactively manage accounts by evaluating product mix and profitability
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to meet TD profitability objectives
- Identify opportunities to sell TD's full portfolio of products and services
- Provide regional level direction in the absence of the manager
- Lead daily team direction on KPI performance, company directives, vendor initiatives, etc
- Manage advanced inbound and outbound sales calls to quote prices, provide product information, and build relationships with customers
- Assist associates and reps in resolving complex customer problems or issues
- Collaborate with internal departments to assist resellers in getting best pricing/deals
- Represent Tech Data professionally in daily interface with business partners, customers, and supporting departments

  • Able to serve as a resource to others in the resolution of complex problems and issues
  • Able to sort through numerical information and recognize trends and details
  • Able to think strategically and tactically

**Working Conditions:**

This is a full-time position. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. They will also possess strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.
