About the Role

This Inside Account Manager II position is responsible for supporting the team's tactical activities on a day-to-day basis while building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships with major accounts in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentorship and coaching of team members
  • Supervise and provide performance feedback to team members
  • Manage top/major accounts, including strategic opportunities and customer pricing
  • Coordinate with Client Executives and internal departments on strategic initiatives
  • Execute customer strategies, including analysis and freight contract feedback

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of relevant work experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, some college required
  • Strong data entry skills, ability to input 40 words per minute
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work under stress and pressure
