About the Role
This Inside Account Manager II position is responsible for supporting the team's tactical activities on a day-to-day basis while building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships with major accounts in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mentorship and coaching of team members
- Supervise and provide performance feedback to team members
- Manage top/major accounts, including strategic opportunities and customer pricing
- Coordinate with Client Executives and internal departments on strategic initiatives
- Execute customer strategies, including analysis and freight contract feedback
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of relevant work experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred, some college required
- Strong data entry skills, ability to input 40 words per minute
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under stress and pressure
