About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at Amazon Support Services Costa Rica Srl. In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding a book of accounts (brands/manufacturers) to the Transparency service, ensuring a successful transition and ongoing usage of the service.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with brands during the implementation phase as an adviser and project manager ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
- Streamline operational processes involved in the implementation process by documenting best practices, writing onboarding guides, and advising our product management team on features that will enable self-service.
- Work with brands to expand ASIN enrollment into Transparency through Account Management driven activities.
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales or account management experience.
- Experience with Excel.
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers.
- Experience in relationship management within technology, start-ups, or SaaS Platforms.
