**Account Management Role**

At Webhelp, we are seeking a skilled Account Manager to partner with our clients and drive business growth. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing processes to ensure excellent service delivery, and identifying opportunities for additional product or service sales.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage client accounts and develop processes to ensure fantastic relationships with clients.
  • Call existing customers on behalf of our clients to renew and expand the service relationships.
  • Develop an excellent level of product or service knowledge to support customer questions and promote offerings.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate quotes and follow-up documentation.
  • Manage sales territory and achieve monthly quotas.

**Requirements:**

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on account management and the IT industry.
  • 4+ years of experience in a general Customer Relationship Management environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • MS Office experience (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to make decisions under conditions of uncertainty or limited data.
