Strategic Client Development Manager

An Inside Account Manager at Td Synnex plays a pivotal role in maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns promptly.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that drive client engagement and retention, identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.
Responsibilities include:
- Proactively managing accounts by evaluating product mix and profitability
- Makes adjustments to meet TD SYNNEX-SHYFT GLOBAL SERVICES profitability objectives
- Develops strategic business plans, effectively presenting to TD SYNNEX-SHYFT GLOBAL SERVICES management
- Provides regional level direction in the absence of the manager
- On a daily basis provides team direction on KPI performance, company directives, vendor initiatives, etc
- Manages advanced inbound and outbound sales calls in order to quote prices, provide product information and build relationships with customers
- Assists associates and reps in resolving complex, important customer problems or issues
- Helping resellers get best pricing / deals through alliance with internal TD departments; informing business partners of vendor-related promotions and floor days; forming relationships; providing proactive business solutions
Key Qualifications Include:
- Able to assimilate research data from a variety of sources, analyze, and recommend appropriate courses of action to take
- Able to be diplomatic when handling calls/correspondence for Management
- Able to coach others in the development of their skills
- Able to comprehend, integrate, and improve upon complex cross-functional business processes
- Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines
- Able to facilitate group interactions
- Able to identify needs and opportunities and develop action plans to address
- Able to interact effectively with all levels of management
- Able to negotiate skillfully, promote/sell ideas persuasively, and close transactions with mutually beneficial results
- Able to serve as a resource to others in the resolution of complex problems and issues
- Able to sort through numerical information and recognize trends and details
- Able to use relevant computer system applications (which may include spreadsheets, word processors, databases, etc) at an advanced level
Salary Range: $60,000 - $90,000 per year
