Job Description
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our dynamic team. As a Strategic Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for meeting or exceeding revenue targets, developing cross-functional concepts, and working with various teams to optimize new B2B seller recruitment and existing seller performance improvement.
Main Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed team quotas, revenue targets, feature adoption goals, and operational metrics.
- Develop and execute cross-functional concepts for major new Go To Market capabilities.
- Work with various teams to optimize new B2B seller recruitment and existing seller performance improvement.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of successful business-to-business (B2B) sales and management experience.
- BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent.
- Proven ability to execute and exceed on all core goals and secondary KPIs.
