Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Strategic Account Manager to join our team at Amazon Support Services Costa Rica Srl - B20. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales or account management and experience working with digital advertising and client-facing roles.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a clear understanding of the Selling on Amazon products and their functionalities, as well as the e-commerce industry and competitive environment.
- Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and maximize potential for assigned portfolio of Sellers.
- Lead business strategy development and design long-term account plans, collaborating effectively with internal teams and Sellers to drive customer success with Amazon.
- Build effective working relationships with Sellers, serving as a trusted advisor and business advocate.
- Oversee key strategic activities for Sellers, following up, escalating, and clearing blockers as necessary.
- Track metrics to measure success of Sellers in portfolio, using data to guide work and uncover hidden areas of opportunity.
- Prepare and deliver business reviews regarding progress and state of health of Sellers.
- 3+ years of sales or account management experience.
- 3+ years of digital advertising and client-facing roles experience.
- Experience working with Excel and analyzing data to drive business decisions.
- Experience building relationships with Sellers and driving business growth.
