OEM Business Development Manager

Nutanix is seeking an entrepreneurial OEM Business Development Manager to drive our mission of delivering Hybrid Multicloud solutions with top OEM partners in AMER.
**The Role**
This results-driven position will report to the Worldwide OEM Leader and collaborate closely with regional OEM sales, technical, marketing, and product teams.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute business plans to achieve revenue and pipeline goals with OEM partners.
- Build strong partnerships with OEMs, act as their champion within Nutanix, and promote Nutanix solutions.
- Create commercial constructs and own business governance for partners.
- Persuade teams to use best practices in go-to-market strategies.
- Track business metrics, conduct regular reviews, and provide executive briefings with Nutanix and OEM partners.
- Achieve revenue and pipeline goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to execute business plans.
- Enable partner stakeholders through education on Nutanix value proposition and use cases.
**Requirements:**
- 10+ years of experience in building businesses with and through partners.
- Strong business acumen and alliance leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of infrastructure, cloud solutions, IT services management, and more.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
