Amazon Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our Amazon International Seller Services team in Costa Rica. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting and managing Seller relationships, supporting the growth of Sellers' businesses, and driving key improvement initiatives and projects.
Key Responsibilities- Recruit and manage Seller relationships by championing their needs at Amazon
- Support the growth of Sellers' businesses by adding selection and programs, and delivering on key business opportunities
- Support key improvement initiatives and projects: drive new product launches and relationship extensions by partnering with business development and on-boarding teams
- Work with Sellers to improve operational aspects of their business in providing a great consumer experience
- Identify specific prospects/partners to approach, communicate the specific value proposition for their business, and establish long-term, successful partnerships
- Track and report performance using appropriate metrics, achieving productivity and seller satisfaction targets
The International Seller Services organization develops solutions that enable sellers around the world, including software platforms and applications that drive demand generation, customer acquisition, seller integration, customer relationship management, and order management functions necessary for sellers to manage their business online at Amazon.
Requirements- 2+ years of sales or account management experience
- 2+ years of digital advertising and client-facing roles experience
- Experience with Excel
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- Experience analyzing key open issues and resolution metrics for each of the managed accounts
- Experience in market or product research
