Senior Sales Manager, Amazon Business

As a Senior Sales Manager at Amazon, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of highly skilled Customer Advisors and Account Representatives who engage with Small and Medium Businesses (SMBs) from prospecting to strategic account growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Customer Advisors and Account Representatives to drive customer engagement and adoption
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales plans
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to improve their skills and performance
- Participate in customer meetings to support Customer Advisors and Account Representatives
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Business to Business (B2B) and/or Enterprise sales experience
- Proven track record of leading sales teams and driving revenue growth
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to think strategically and analytically
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of management experience of a sales team
- 5+ years of sales experience selling to Enterprise ($500MM+) organizations
- 3+ years of sales experience selling to procurement roles
