Lead a Business Team to Drive Customer Engagement and Adoption

As a Senior Sales Manager at Amazon, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of highly skilled Customer Advisors and Account Representatives who engage with Small and Medium Businesses (SMBs) from prospecting to strategic account growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Customer Advisors and Account Representatives to drive customer engagement and adoption
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales plans
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to improve their skills and performance
  • Participate in customer meetings to support Customer Advisors and Account Representatives

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Business to Business (B2B) and/or Enterprise sales experience
  • Proven track record of leading sales teams and driving revenue growth
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to think strategically and analytically
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of management experience of a sales team
  • 5+ years of sales experience selling to Enterprise ($500MM+) organizations
  • 3+ years of sales experience selling to procurement roles
