Key Responsibilities:

As a Sales Operations Manager at Amazon Support Services Costa Rica Srl - B20, you will be responsible for executing goals and strategic direction for the team, ensuring alignment with broader business goals and vision. You will conduct deep dive analytics on issues affecting Seller business performance and provide the Voice of the Seller as an input into product development and process improvement.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of sales support or sales operations experience
  • 5+ years of sales support or sales operations management experience
  • Experience leading large teams
  • Experience using analysis, reporting, modeling, and forecasting to gather data for the purpose of creating business plans, lead prioritization and making decisions
  • Demonstrated ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced and ambiguous environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects-prioritization and strategic planning

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA
  • Experience using analytical, sales, and productivity tools including Oracle Business Intelligence, Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suites
  • Project Management Experience
  • Proven ability to manage large and complicated projects with experience leading cross-functional projects and teams.
