About the Role

The Sales Planning and Operations Manager is a critical position responsible for enabling an efficient and effective global Go-To-Market (GTM) organization. This individual will maintain and optimize GTM planning systems and processes, driving consistency in execution against global processes. They will leverage their expertise in data analysis, relationship-building, and industry best practices to mature and scale Netskope's GTM planning function.

Key Responsibilities

Planning and Execution - Lead all aspects of the annual sales and financial planning cycle, including program management, communications planning, and regular updates to organizational structures. Collaborate with Sales Leadership and Finance to establish challenging yet achievable goals based on validated measures of opportunity.

Go-to-Market Strategy - Align sales territories with customer buying preferences and the company's value proposition, optimizing for Total Addressable Market (TAM) distribution. Develop and implement a compensation planning strategy that supports corporate strategic initiatives and rewards top talent.

Collaboration and Continuous Improvement - Serve as a cross-functional collaborator to improve data and systems supporting GTM planning growth. Lead the onboarding/offboarding process for GTM alignment, ensuring regular updates to territory, quota, and compensation operations.
