Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director who will lead our sales team and develop strong partnerships with key clients and C-level executives. Your primary focus will be on building a client base by cultivating a team of ad sales managers who can strategically pitch and analyze client performance and revenue trends.

You will manage the team by developing sales skills, coaching & training, and building organizational structure. It is essential to sustain close communication and alignment with clients and local sales counterparts to maximize client strategies and engender trust and collaboration.

  • Team Leadership:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth and increase revenue.
  • Cultivate a high-performing team of ad sales managers through coaching, training, and mentorship.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and C-level executives.
Requirements and Experience

To succeed in this role, you must have a minimum of 10+ years of sales work experience in media sales, preferably in digital performance marketing and ad metrics from tech-driven companies or media platforms. You should also have:

  • Leadership Skills:
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and increasing revenue.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
  • Business Acumen:
  • Deep understanding of ad tech partners' structure, economics, processes, roles, and clients.
  • Ability to navigate complex business environments and build new relationships.
