Senior Sales Director

As a Senior Sales Manager for Amazon Business, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of highly skilled Customer Advisors and Account Representatives who engage with Small and Medium Businesses (SMBs) from prospecting to strategic account growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive customer engagement and adoption
- Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire and grow business segments in the Industrials and Field vertical
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales Operations, and Product/Technology teams, to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
- Represent the Voice of the Customer and provide insights to inform business decisions
- Manage and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve their full potential
- 5+ years of Business to Business (B2B) and/or Enterprise sales experience
- Proven track record in people management and talent development
- Ability to think strategically and analytically, with a focus on acquiring and growing business segments
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present to internal and external senior leadership
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience required
- 5+ years of management experience of a sales team
- 5+ years of sales experience selling to Enterprise ($500MM+) organizations
- 3+ years of sales experience selling to procurement roles
