A Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and business expansion by leading and managing a team of sales representatives. This position involves developing and executing strategic sales plans, monitoring performance, and fostering strong relationships with clients. The Sales Manager is responsible for shaping the sales strategy and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute annual business plans in collaboration with the Sales Director.
  • Set sales targets and KPIs for team members, monitoring progress regularly.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance performance and productivity.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage the sales budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings to review performance and provide training.
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis to inform sales strategies.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner.
  • Assigns quarterly sales goals by territory or business need.
  • Develops quarterly plans with outside sales for territory development.
  • Oversees Employee Development activities, including quarterly one-on-one feedback meetings with all employees, quarterly service observations, and reward and recognition programs for top employees.
  • Recruit, train, and onboard new sales team members.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Drive customer feedback initiatives to improve product offerings.
  • Presents quarterly business plans at team level.
  • Oversees strategic projects for division growth.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track sales activity and customer interactions.
