Sales Director

At TD SYNNEX, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Executive Manager to develop and execute long-term sales strategies. This role oversees the development of current supervisors and sales representatives, participates in strategic division initiatives, and ensures consistent employee management practices across the inside sales department.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute annual business plans in collaboration with the Sales Director.
- Assign quarterly sales goals by territory and develop quarterly plans with outside sales for territory development.
- Present quarterly business plans at team level and manage 100% attainment of Sales and corporate special goals.
- Maintain excellent customer and vendor relationships and interface with departmental Director to ensure cross-corporate teamwork.
- Oversee strategic projects for division growth and provide sales with the tools needed to succeed.
- Develop motivational strategies and TD Monthly/Quarterly sales promotions, and oversee Employee Development activities.
- Set up meetings with support departments and hold sales and staff meetings to improve communication within the department.
- Respond to escalated customer issues and address escalated personnel issues prior to HR involvement.
- Able to adjust readily to change and adapt as needed.
- Able to analyze and resolve complex issues and problems in a sound and timely fashion.
- Able to foster win/win situations and ensure productive resolutions of conflict.

- Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.
- Able to use relevant computer system applications at an intermediate level.
- Working knowledge of systems/applications.
- Demonstrates creativity in problem solving.
- Advanced level of judgment and decision making.
- 4-year degree and 5-7 years relevant sales management experience.
