Enterprise Sales Director

**About the Role:**
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Director to lead our sales efforts for Networking and Security Solutions in the public sector.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic relationships with clients, and developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed quarterly targets.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level decision makers at Fortune 500 companies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing, to align sales strategies with business objectives
- Analyze sales data and provide insights to inform strategic decisions
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
**Requirements:**
- 12+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the cybersecurity or networking space
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding market share
- Strong understanding of sales strategy, tactics, and operations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
**What We Offer:**
- A competitive salary range of $180,000 - $250,000 per year, depending on experience
