Digital Sales Enterprise Manager

Empowering Customers through Digital Sales
Digital Sales Enterprise, part of Microsoft's SMC and Digital Sales organization, empowers our customers through the unique value of the Microsoft Cloud by building a globally-led, digital-first scale organization aligned with partners. As part of our local subsidiaries or Digital Sales centers around the world, you will engage a dedicated set of enterprise customers to identify and achieve their business objectives through best-in-class digital engagement and partner co-selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver success through empowerment and accountability by modeling, coaching, and caring.
- Identify trends, assess risk, and create performance plans in weekly deal and pipeline reviews with senior leadership.
- Coach your team to collaborate and leverage internal and external stakeholders to develop customer and partner relationships that build, expand and effectively progress opportunities and pipeline through the sales cycle within assigned territory.
- Provide reports in a timely manner on sales targets & key metrics, and contribute to correction-of-error plans as needed.
- Mentor sales team to drive sales conversations through call coaching of their customer sales calls, co-selling, and demo execution.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing (or equivalent) is required AND 2+ years sales and negotiation experience or related work or internship experience
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing (or equivalent) or related field AND 4+ years sales and negotiation experience or related work or internship experience
- OR 7+ years sales and negotiation experience
- 2+ years people management experience
