Digital Solutions Manager

As a Digital Solutions Manager, you'll play a key role in building a globally led, digital-first scale organization aligned with partners. You'll support a dedicated set of customers in identifying and achieving their business objectives through best-in-class digital engagement and partner co-selling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Maintain strong customer relationships, identify decision makers, and ensure continuity of customer accounts.
- Account Management: Think strategically about sales territory, set standards and priorities, and engage internal and external decision makers on long-term business planning.
- Maintain Product, Solution and Industry Expertise: Build and maintain a strong knowledge of Microsoft's product landscape, solutions, and strategy in the industry of assigned accounts.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Execute a Cross Sol Area aligned GTM supported by Scalable Operating Model.
- Remain Customer Obsessed: Increase Customer Experiences and outcomes by prioritizing customer outreach, acquiring new customers, and re-engaging and developing long-term business relationships.
- Learning & Community: Complete 100% of required TSI, Role Required training and manager recommended development plans on time.
- Compliance: Personally, commit to generate and protect Microsoft trust by living Microsoft's values, culture, and Trust Code in every decision.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of sales and negotiation experience with year-over-year growth.
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing (or equivalent) or related field AND 4+ years of sales and negotiation experience or related work or internship experience with year-over-year growth.
- OR Master's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing (or equivalent) AND 3+ years of sales and negotiation experience or related work.
- OR equivalent experience.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications:
- 8+ years of technology sales and negotiation experience with year-over-year growth.
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing (or equivalent) or related field AND 6+ years of sales and negotiation experience or related work or internship experience with year-over-year growth.
- OR Master's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing (or equivalent) AND 5+ years of sales and negotiation experience or related work.
- OR equivalent experience.
