At Microsoft, we're on a mission to empower every person and organization on the planet to achieve more. As a Enterprise Cloud Solutions Manager, you'll play a critical role in driving growth for our company by helping customers realize the value of our cloud solutions.
Your team will leverage marketing insights to reach customers when and where they want to engage digitally, helping to solve their business problems. This role is a sales manager for Azure, Modern Work, and Security solutions.
As a sales leader, you'll guide a team of highly talented and skilled digital specialists to drive the day-to-day execution of our strategic business priorities.
Your responsibilities will include coaching team members in modern sales and communications tools and techniques, holding them accountable to meet operational standards, and sharing best practices with stakeholder groups.
Responsibilities:
- Coach team in modern sales and communications tools & techniques to effectively reach, sell to and manage Microsoft customers.
- Hold team accountable to meet operational standards and rigor to maintain reporting accuracy for key center metrics.
- Share best practices, learnings, and customer insights with stakeholder groups to elevate team capabilities.
- Coach your team to collaborate and leverage internal and external stakeholders to develop customer and partner relationships that build, expand and effectively progress opportunities and pipeline through the sales cycle.
- Effectively lead your team through change, keeping them motivated and focused as customer needs and market conditions evolve in a digitally enabled environment.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years sales and negotiation experience.
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing (or equivalent) or related field AND 5+ years sales and negotiation experience or related work or internship experience.
- OR Master's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing (or equivalent) is required AND 4+ years sales and negotiation experience or related work or internship experience.
- 2+ years people management experience.
- Experience with Azure (cloud), Modern Work solution and/or Security solutions.
