Overview
Microsoft is seeking a highly skilled Digital Sales Solutions Executive to join our Small and Medium Corporate (SMC) and Digital Sales organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for empowering our customers through the unique value of the Microsoft cloud by building a globally led, digital-first scale organization aligned with partners.
Responsibilities
As a Digital Sales Solutions Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Establishing and maintaining customer engagements to maximize value and satisfaction.
- Developing and implementing personalized sales strategies to meet customer needs and drive business outcomes.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and customer engagements.
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and Microsoft solutions to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 8+ years of sales and negotiation experience with year-over-year growth.
- English fluency.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Knowledge of Microsoft cloud solutions and services.
