Job Title: Digital Sales Solutions Executive

Overview

Microsoft is seeking a highly skilled Digital Sales Solutions Executive to join our Small and Medium Corporate (SMC) and Digital Sales organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for empowering our customers through the unique value of the Microsoft cloud by building a globally led, digital-first scale organization aligned with partners.

Responsibilities

As a Digital Sales Solutions Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Establishing and maintaining customer engagements to maximize value and satisfaction.
  • Developing and implementing personalized sales strategies to meet customer needs and drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and customer engagements.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and Microsoft solutions to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 8+ years of sales and negotiation experience with year-over-year growth.
  • English fluency.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft cloud solutions and services.
