Role Overview
Microsoft is seeking a highly skilled Digital Sales and Solutions Executive to join our team. As a key member of our Small and Medium Corporate (SMC) and Digital Sales organization, you will play a crucial role in empowering our customers through the unique value of the Microsoft cloud.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain customer engagements, maximizing value through regular contact and documentation.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships, building trust and reaching trusted advisor status.
- Conduct background research on existing customers, capturing key learnings and understanding their business and desired outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams and partners to drive revenue growth, identify opportunities, and develop solutions to meet customer needs.
- Maintain product and solution expertise, sharing best practices and staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
Requirements
- 8+ years of sales and negotiation experience, or equivalent, with a proven track record of year-over-year growth.
- English fluency, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work cross-collaboratively, with a strong customer-centric approach.
