Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-obsessed Digital Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, identifying and achieving business objectives through best-in-class digital engagement and partner co-selling. You will work cross-collaboratively with our team to deliver value to our customers, partners, and one another.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain customer engagements, maximizing value of customer contact and documenting and synthesizing customer contacts for maximum effectiveness.
- Develop partnerships with customers, reaching trusted advisor status and maintaining breadth and depth of customer relationships and increasing level of customer contacts.
- Conduct background research on existing customers, capturing and sharing key learnings about customers, history, and interest, and understanding customer business and desired outcomes.
- Ensure continuity of customer accounts and monitor customer satisfaction metrics, following up and incorporating feedback from customers into future engagements.
- Collaborate with others, both internally and externally to Microsoft, to achieve revenue targets, managing key stakeholders to meet critical deadlines and orchestrating strategic conversations internally or externally to match teams and resources to customer needs and to streamline customer experience.
- 8+ years of sales and negotiation experience with year-over-year growth or Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing (or equivalent) or related field and 6+ years of sales and negotiation experience or related work or internship experience with year-over-year growth or Master's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing (or equivalent) and 5+ years of sales and negotiation experience or related work.
- English fluency.
