At Microsoft, we empower our customers with Microsoft Cloud value through digital-first sales. As a Digital Sales Enterprise Manager, you will lead a team to drive execution of Microsoft's strategic priorities and foster a culture of inclusion and accountability.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will deliver success through empowerment and accountability by modeling, coaching, and caring for your team.
  • Identify trends, assess risk, and create performance plans with senior leadership to drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop customer and partner relationships and leverage them to drive sales conversations.
  • Provide regular reports on sales targets and key metrics to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Mentor sales team members to drive sales conversations through call coaching and provide feedback to improve their skills.
  • Execute Digital Sales excellence by utilizing tools such as Sales Accelerator and LinkedIn to stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements
  • You must have a Master's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, or Marketing (or equivalent) and 2+ years of sales experience.
  • An alternative requirement is a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, or Marketing (or equivalent) and 4+ years of sales experience.
  • Additionally, you should have 7+ years of sales experience and 2+ years of people management experience.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
