We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Galactic Fed Corp. in a remote full-time position. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive business growth and development through strategic sales strategies.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for championing lead acquisition strategies, managing prospects through CRM software, analyzing data to inform decision-making, creating and executing sales strategies, pitching and promoting deals with clients, meeting settled sales goals, and overseeing the end-to-end sales process.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales (B2B)
  • 4-5 years of solid experience in business development and enterprise sales
  • experience or knowledge in digital marketing solutions (paid media, SEO, other marketing services)
  • selling skills with executives, company owners, and decision-makers
  • perfect English speaking and writing ability
  • highly goal-oriented and driven to achieve success
  • experience working with CRM software for lead management and follow-up is a plus
  • ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers
  • can work in a fast-paced environment with less to no supervision
  • experience in B2B sales work in Canada or the USA

Experience:

You should have:

  • at least 2 years of experience in B2B sales
  • 2 years of experience selling digital marketing services
  • 2 years of experience with Facebook advertising
  • 2 years of experience with Google Ads
  • 2 years of experience working in a digital marketing agency

What We Offer:
