Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven professional to lead our sales efforts in the region, developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and improve customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and Executing Sales Strategies: Create and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets, identify new business opportunities, and develop strategic relationships with customers and partners.
  2. Customer Engagement and Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, understanding their needs and developing solutions to meet their requirements.
  3. Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline, identifying and pursuing new opportunities, and ensuring timely closure of deals.
  4. Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven Sales Experience: A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the telecommunications industry, with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
  • Strategic Thinking and Planning: Ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Customer-Focused: Strong customer engagement and relationship-building skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and develop solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Proven ability to lead and motivate high-performing sales teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
