Business Development Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Account Manager to join our team at Concentrix. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client accounts and developing processes to ensure exceptional relationships with clients.
**About the Role**
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in sales, with a strong background in account management and the IT industry. You will be responsible for calling existing customers on behalf of our clients to renew and expand service relationships.
**Responsibilities**
- Manage client accounts and develop processes to ensure exceptional relationships with clients
- Call existing customers on behalf of our clients to renew and expand service relationships
- Develop a deep understanding of product or service knowledge to support customer questions and promote offerings
- Work closely with internal stakeholders from all levels to achieve business objectives
- Use data to influence buying/renewal process and participate in customer acquisition
- Identify opportunities for additional product or service sales
- Ensure accurate quotes and follow up with documentation
**Requirements**
- 5+ years of experience in sales
- 4+ years of experience in account management and the IT industry
- 2+ years working in a general Customer Relationship Management environment
- Bachelor's Degree
- MS Office experience (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience making decisions under conditions of uncertainty or limited data; evaluate all consequences
- Implement high-level solutions-oriented decision-making
