We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a skilled and ambitious professional to join our team as an Enterprise Sales Strategist in Costa Rica. As a Senior Account Manager at SoftwareOne, you will play a critical role in cultivating and nurturing deep client relationships while delivering the best of our software solutions.

In this role, you will be responsible for taking ownership of revenue, profit/loss, and growth objectives for existing client accounts, focusing on renewals, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities. You will collaborate closely with Operations Managers and Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to ensure seamless solution delivery.
You will leverage the diverse resources within SoftwareOne to address client queries promptly and effectively, ultimately driving client satisfaction and business growth. Your expertise in technology solutions, project management, and sales cycle delivery will enable you to create value-driven relationships with customers.
To excel in this role, you will need:
- 10-12 years of experience as a Senior Account Manager in technological solutions
- In-depth knowledge of specific technology solutions and project management offered by the company
- Ability to understand client technical and business needs and translate them into viable solutions
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas, negotiate terms, and influence stakeholders effectively
- Self-driven/motivated and initiative-taking individual
- Team player, continuous learner, and instigator of innovative practices
- Project Management skills
