**About This Role:**
We are seeking a Digital Solution Area Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for engaging enterprise customers in digital transformation conversations, turning opportunities into deals. You will collaborate with partners and services to drive conversations and create guiding examples of digital transformation.
**Responsibilities:**
- Engage customers in digital transformation conversations, turning opportunities into deals, and drive incremental revenue growth through personal campaigns and internal sources.
- Discover new opportunities with team members and track, qualify, and expand new opportunities with account teams and partners.
- Identify opportunities to drive consumption and grow business with existing customers, ensuring rapid and robust deployment plans, and remove blockers to consumption by partnering with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop solutions in collaboration with internal teams, partners, and services, proposing prioritized solutions that align with customers' needs and articulate the business value of proposed solutions.
- Implement strategies to accelerate deal closure, contribute input on strategies to drive and close prioritized opportunities, and coach junior team members in deal plan execution.
**Scaling and Collaboration:**
Collaborate with One Commercial Partner and a network of partners to accelerate growth and drive customer outcomes, working collaboratively to build pipeline and drive sales execution.
