We are seeking an experienced Channel Sales Strategist to join our team at Grupo Stt.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective channel sales strategies to increase revenue growth and market share. This will involve working closely with our sales team, customers, and partners to identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement channel sales strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and networking
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales plans
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform future strategies
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in sales or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and motivation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package, including:

  • A base salary of $60,000 per annum
  • A commission-based bonus structure, with potential earnings of up to $20,000 per annum
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off
