Sales Territory Manager

The Sales Supervisor role at Td Synnex involves overseeing assigned sales territories and the daily activities of the sales team to meet and exceed established goals.
This includes setting and tracking team members' goals, assisting management in creating business plans to uncover new opportunities and increase sales and profits, and performing inbound and outbound sales calls to quote prices, provide product information, and build relationships with customers.
Responsibilities- Creates and implements customer-specific business plans to uncover new opportunities, increase sales, and secure territory growth.
- Communicates constantly with teams to inform them of daily sales tracking, important customer, and product information.
- Prepares forecasts for monthly and quarterly performance by customer.
- Assigns duties to associate team members to ensure coverage and completion of all relevant tasks.
- Evaluates customer slippage reports to determine which customers to focus attention on.
- Keeps track of each account's credit status to determine which accounts need review or may run into credit problems and interacts as necessary with the Credit department to resolve customer credit issues.
- Keeps updated profiles on all accounts to anticipate where needs can be fulfilled in their respective business plans.
- Participates in vendor-sponsored and Corporate-sponsored training/meetings to attain new and existing product, industry, and company knowledge to provide better service to customers.
- Establishes consistent and frequent competitive intelligence reports from customers to the Sales Manager, Human Capital Management, and Leadership, Hiring, Coaching, Developing, and Motivating sales team members.
- Maintains records, performance information, and documentation.
- Provides and pursues all necessary and required training (e.g., vendor training) and development for employees.
- Conducts team member performance management, including administering Performance Improvement Plans, RoHR, monthly MBOs, attendance, and adherence to TD policies and procedures.
- Responsible for team reward and recognition programs, including nomination and monitoring of division and corporate programs.
- Able to analyze and resolve complex issues and problems in a sound and timely fashion.
- Able to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.

- Able to prepare/analyze appropriate reports and other business correspondence.
- Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.
