Job Summary
Sales Territory Supervisor position available. This opportunity is perfect for motivated individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about sales and customer service. The Sales Territory Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives and managing a sales territory to meet and exceed sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales and territory growth.
- Conduct regular meetings with team members to discuss sales performance, provide feedback and coaching, and set goals and objectives.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of sales performance, territory growth, and team development.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer service.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and manage expenses to ensure budget is met.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Proven track record of success in sales and leadership.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
