About the Role:

At Community Phone, we are seeking a talented Sales Manager to guide and motivate our remote sales team to achieve ambitious sales goals. As a seasoned sales and management professional, you will play a pivotal role in setting and delivering sales targets while ensuring a world-class customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and inspire the sales team to drive growth and strategic market positioning
  2. Coach and mentor team members to become top-performing sales professionals
  3. Collaborate with the recruiting team to scale the sales team and achieve significant growth
  4. Set and track daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals, and conduct regular performance reviews
  5. Analyze sales metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and provide sales forecasts to management
  6. Resolve conflicts within the team or with customers to maintain a positive working environment and high customer satisfaction
  7. Partner with other departments to ensure alignment and collaboration across the organization
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and competitors to equip the team with the latest information and best practices

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience and 3 years of sales management experience
  • Able to interpret sales data and metrics to track team performance, forecast results, and make informed decisions
  • Adaptable to changes without losing focus on team goals
  • A highly effective communicator with the ability to convey expectations and feedback clearly
