Job Description
We are seeking an exceptional Lead Generation and Sales Development Expert to join our team in Costa Rica. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential leads through various channels, including online research, social media platforms, and industry databases.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in lead generation, prospecting, or related roles
- Familiarity with CRM systems and meticulous record-keeping
- Ability to build strong relationships and engage effectively with diverse audiences
- Analytical mindset with a keen eye for performance metrics
Responsibilities
The Lead Generation and Sales Development Expert will:
- Develop and implement robust lead generation strategies to expand our client base
- Cultivate rapport and establish meaningful connections with prospects through effective communication and active listening
- Collaborate seamlessly with our sales team to schedule appointments, product demonstrations, or meetings with qualified leads
- Provide valuable insights and feedback derived from prospect interactions, contributing to the refinement of sales strategies and messaging
Travel Requirements
This role requires occasional travel within Costa Rica (0-10% of the time).
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least two years of experience in lead generation, sales development, or a related field are required. Fluency in English is mandatory.
