We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Growth Specialist to identify and develop new business opportunities, sell solutions, and drive revenue growth.

About the Role:

This role involves managing the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a high-quality client experience throughout the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Needs Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of client requirements and pain points to uncover opportunities for utilizing SoftwareOne's solutions.
  • Value-Based Selling: Leverage in-depth knowledge of SoftwareOne's offerings to articulate the value proposition to potential clients.
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Implement a proactive strategy for prospecting and lead generation using various channels.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a structured approach to managing the sales pipeline, track the progress of leads and opportunities, and utilize CRM tools and sales analytics.
  • Customized Solutions Development: Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions aligned with client objectives.
  • Sales Process Ownership: Lead the entire sales process, from prospecting to deal closure, driving momentum and urgency throughout the sales cycle.
Required Qualifications:
  • Deep experience in Prospect and Relationship Development, Strong Verbal Communication and Negotiation, and Understanding of Sales and Delivery Process.
  • Desirable Qualifications include Advanced English proficiency, industry/market awareness, business problem-solving skills, and continuous learning orientation.
