We are currently seeking an Account Growth Specialist to join our sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the growth and success of Veeam's business.
As an Account Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and providing exceptional customer service. You will work closely with our sales team to develop and implement strategies to drive account growth and revenue expansion.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing account growth plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at existing and potential customer accounts
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform strategic decisions
Required qualifications and skills include:
- B2 Level English and French language proficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving account growth
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
Veeam Software offers a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
