Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Sales and Relationship Growth Specialist to join our team at Acquia. This role will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with customers and driving their success on our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain control of account direction and strategy, identifying new opportunities and working closely with internal teams to drive them to close
  • Coordinate with business users and procurement to ensure timely renewals and updates to the sales database
  • Proactively drive accounts with minimal oversight, demonstrating strong leadership and collaboration skills

Requirements:

  • 5-9 years of experience in sales or account management for a technology company, with a proven track record of sustaining and growing complex relationships
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish
  • Excellent leadership, teamwork, and cross-group collaboration skills, with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
  • Detailed-oriented and organized, with experience using Salesforce.com and other CRM tools
  • Ability to travel up to 50% and maintain a high level of productivity while on the road

Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this role is $95,000 - $125,000, commensurate with experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) matching program.
