Job Description

We're seeking an Executive Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for managing client relationships, leading teams, and driving growth. You'll need to be exceptionally organized, proactive, and capable of independently managing projects and leading teams with finesse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Lead teams of Executive Assistants, empower them to develop their skills, and manage their performance.
  • Process Improvement: Drive innovation in service delivery processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Problem Resolution: Resolve challenges faced by clients and Executive Assistants in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Operational Tasks: Handle client support and various operational tasks to provide exceptional service.
