**Job Summary**:

The Escalations Manager role is a critical position within TD SYNNEX that requires strategic, high-visibility leadership to manage customer issues that jeopardize business relationships and sales opportunities with key customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

  • Provide high-level escalation management for customer issues that require executive transparency and involve multiple product, service, support, and business functions.
  • Lead and manage the programmatic resolution of customers' critical issues by building and owning an interdepartmental, cross-functional, and geographically-located virtual team.
  • Develop and execute resolution plans for complex issues, leveraging strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to articulate technical issues to executive audiences.
  • Collaborate with Sustaining and Development Engineers, Product Management, Site Reliability Engineers, and Account Teams to resolve complex challenges.
  • Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Maintain a customer-first demeanor, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and exceeding customer expectations.

**Requirements**:

  • 5+ years of experience in Technical Account Management, Engineering Management, Customer Support Management, Program/Project Management, or similar roles.
  • Proven track record of success in managing complex customer issues, with a focus on customer satisfaction and relationship development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to articulate technical issues to executive audiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and relationship development.
