Job Overview: As a Complaints Resolution Specialist, you will be the cornerstone of our customer-centric approach, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of product concerns.

About the Role:

  • Receive, review, and analyze product complaint information, utilizing industry knowledge to drive informed decision-making.
  • Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals, patients, and sales teams to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with the Regulatory Compliance Supervisor to ensure compliance with quality systems and protocols.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Biology, Microbiology, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in regulatory affairs, adverse event reporting, and quality systems.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with ability to learn quickly.
  • Familiarity with call center operations is an asset.
