Customer Service Resolution Specialist

We are seeking a Customer Service Resolution Specialist to support our back-end processing for customers' orders and returns. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify US and international addresses
  • Ensure orders comply with product and shipping restrictions
  • Identify possible fraud from web orders
  • Resolve system discrepancies to release orders
  • Revise and release phone orders generated by customer inquiries
  • Close financial transactions in SAP
  • Refund customers when applicable

About You:

  • English level: B2+ (Upper-intermediate verbal and written)
  • Education Level: Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Graphic Design and related area students
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Affinity with systems and procedures

Compensation:

$30,000 - $40,000 per year, depending on experience.
