Customer Service Resolution Specialist

We are seeking a Customer Service Resolution Specialist to support our back-end processing for customers' orders and returns. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify US and international addresses
- Ensure orders comply with product and shipping restrictions
- Identify possible fraud from web orders
- Resolve system discrepancies to release orders
- Revise and release phone orders generated by customer inquiries
- Close financial transactions in SAP
- Refund customers when applicable
About You:
- English level: B2+ (Upper-intermediate verbal and written)
- Education Level: Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Graphic Design and related area students
- High attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills
- Affinity with systems and procedures

Compensation:
$30,000 - $40,000 per year, depending on experience.
