The Customer Service & Support (CSS) organization is a key part of this mission, building trust and confidence through delivering exceptional support. Within CSS, the Applications & Infrastructure team provides timely technical expertise to commercial customers, partnering with them to advance global solutions.

We're currently seeking a skilled Technical Resolution Specialist to join our CSS team. In this role, you'll own, troubleshoot, and solve customer technical issues, accelerating your career growth by honing problem-solving, collaboration, and research skills.

As a Technical Resolution Specialist, you'll be responsible for reviewing, investigating, and resolving customer technical issues, collaborating within and across teams, and leveraging troubleshooting tools and practices.

You'll participate in communities with peer delivery roles, develop specific technical and professional proficiency through training and readiness, and identify potential product defects to provide feedback to senior engineers, contributing to Microsoft product improvements.

This role requires 3+ years of technical support, consulting experience, or information technology experience, or a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, plus 1+ year of technical support, consulting experience, or information technology experience.

In addition to your technical skills, you'll need fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
