We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Wipro Limited, a leading technology services and consulting company.
Based in San Jose, Costa Rica, this role offers a competitive salary of approximately $60,000 per annum.

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in configuring and resolving software and hardware issues. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving problems with Microsoft Office applications, with a focus on MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues. You will work closely with internal teams to resolve issues and improve overall system performance.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will require:
- 1+ years of working experience as a Service Desk Analyst
- Upper Intermediate English language proficiency
- Upper Intermediate Portuguese language proficiency
