About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Amazon Support Services Costa Rica Srl. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting services to clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve complex technical issues and escalate to senior engineers as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Develop and maintain technical knowledge and skills to stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information/Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Support Engineer, Web Developer/Consultant, or Software Account Manager.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- C1 English proficiency (advanced).
Additional Requirements
- Full-time, non-virtual, permanent position based in Costa Rica.
- Must be located and legally authorized to work in Costa Rica.
- B1 proficiency or higher in Portuguese, French, Italian, and/or German.
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow/Green belt.
- SQL and Python knowledge.
