Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our customers, troubleshooting complex issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer concerns.

Responsibilities
  • Response and Resolution: Review complex issues, contact customers to understand their concerns, and utilize troubleshooting tools to help resolve customer issues.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Perform in-depth product troubleshooting and remediation as needed, documenting technical work and research.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate with resources from other groups as needed to resolve moderately complex customer issues.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Business level fluency in English and Spanish.
