Customer Service Specialist

**Job Overview**
We are seeking a highly organized individual to support our invoicing operations. This role is responsible for preparing and reviewing invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness of billing data.
**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**:
• Coordinate with internal and external resources to meet customer expectations
• Identify and communicate options for issue resolution
• Ensure accurate information is updated and maintained for customers and internal teams
**Knowledge and Skills**:
• Excellent English language proficiency (B2+)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Basic mathematical calculations and Microsoft Office skills
• Experience with Salesforce and ERP systems a plus
**Work Experience Requirements**:
• 2+ years of progressive work experience in customer service or support
• Combination of education and job experience demonstrating ability to meet job responsibilities
**Education & Certification Requirements**
• High School or equivalent
