About the Role:
As a Customer Service Specialist at DSV, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of DSV's products and services.
- Provide support to customers in multiple languages.
Requirements:
- Intermediate to advanced level of English.
- Student of Customs Administration, International Trade or similar.
