Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Convera. As a key member of our customer-facing function, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and quality in accordance with Service Level Agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate and comprehensive information to customers regarding our products and services.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and concerns, and provide solutions to meet their expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Meet or exceed service level agreements and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
  • Experience in a busy team environment with a client-facing function within the financial services sector.
  • Ability to lead by example and deliver service excellence to customers.
  • Highly driven and results-oriented, with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
